THE BRONX (PIX11) – A man selling candy was stabbed three times on the 2 train on Friday following a dispute with a passenger, according to authorities.
At around 2 p.m., officials said the victim was stabbed three times, twice in the chest and once in the back, after arguing with a male passenger who pulled out a knife in a southbound 2 train at East 149 Street and Third Avenue. The male fled the scene after the stabbing.
The victim is in serious condition at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx.
