Owner of e-cigarette bar: We’re going to fight city’s proposed ban

NEW YORK (PIX11) – First the city banned traditional smoking in many public places. Now, it’s moving to snuff out something else.

Wednesday, the City Council is holding a hearing to discuss a bill that would partially ban electronic cigarettes.

Dan Mannarino went to Henley Vaporium, the city’s first e-cigarette bar, to discuss the ban and how people are trying to stop it.
