New information is coming out about Edwin Mieses, the biker seriously injured in the chain of events that played out on the West Side Highway Sunday.

Celebrity Attorney Gloria Allred held a news conference Friday that attracted scores of media outlets.
Allred said her client is a victim and for that she is seeking justice.

But the justice is still unclear, Mieses and his family are not filing a lawsuit — at least not yet.  Allred is not asking for charges to be filed against the driver Alexian Lien, she says, but just wants record set straight about Mieses involvement.

Edwin Mieses Sr. is a pastor and father hurting to see his son in bad shape in the hospital. But says he has no ill feelings against the driver.

Mean time Liens’ SUV is now at the 33rd PCT being evaluated as evidence. And Allred says the evidence is clear on the video.

It’s been five days since the incident and police are still going through hours of video, looking for witness.

Detectives have not been able to speak with Meises yet right now he is heavily medicated but out of a medically-induced coma.
