Rising rent is forcing one martial arts school to close its doors in Brooklyn.

The owner of martial arts school in Clinton Hill says he can’t pay the rent that’s expected to increase by 200 percent.

Chief master Sabu Lewis is now being forced to move for a seventh time.

He says he’s opening a new, smaller facility on Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
