NYC’s public pools might be unsafe: report

According to the Daily News, a surprise inspection at a Manhattan pool revealed dangerously high levels of chlorine in a kiddie pool.

The discovery reportedly prompted an evacuation.

Meanwhile, at least two-thirds of the 39 city pools tested had at least one safety hazard from loose ladders to open electrical outlets near the pool.
