Danny Tartabull is a deadbeat dad

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Former Yankee slugger Danny Tartabull has gone from ex-MLB All-Star to current ‘most-wanted’ deadbeat dad.

The Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department listed Danillo “Danny” Tartabull at the top of their most wanted list — owing $276,204.93 in child support to his two sons.

After violating his probation, Tartabull was ordered to serve 180 days in county jail, but the ex-slugger never showed up in court.  There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

Tartabull played with the Yankees from 1992 to 1995, and pulled in nearly $33 million in salary during his 14 years in Major League Baseball, according to Baseball-reference.com.

    'Tartabull is a former STAR baseball player' LOL. As a Yankees fan who was rooting for those 80's and early 90's teams, I got a good laugh out of that one. Star player….Danny Tartabull. hahaha….
