C train service suspended in both directions

NEW YORK (PIX11) –  Because of a broken rail at the Fulton St. station in Brooklyn, C train service has been suspended in both directions, according the MTA.

As an alternate, southbound A trains are running on the F line from W. 4th St. to Jay St.-Metro Tech.  There is no C train service in either direction between Euclid Ave. and 168th St.

The MTA is advising riders to expect delays.

There is no set timetable for repair to the track at this time.
