One case in which the efficiency of the 9-1-1 system came into question is the tragic death of little Ariel Russo.

Her parents are suing the city over the response time after their daughter was hit on the Upper West Side by a teen who was allegedly fleeing police.

A dispatcher reportedly went on break and didn’t see the call come in, delaying the response by about eight minutes.

They shared their grief with us on the PIX11 Morning Show.

The lawsuit names New York City, the FDNY and NYPD.

The family is seeking $40 million.

Okay, so before you tune out this entire post due to the overly aggressive employment of deep tissue Naked Massage without personal contact. Our world is rich and diverse and there are many different forms of bodywork like Cranio Sacral therapy that have therapeutic purposes and are very effective in managing the pain associated with carpal tunnel syndrome. Good training and its proper application will help the naked massage do its work and ease discomfort. This advantage is especially important, as it may do more damage than restoration. If we had to do with it.
