ARLINGTON, TEXAS (PIX11) — An underground pipe burst Tuesday at the Texas Ranger’s ballpark in Arlington, Texas causing a sinkhole to open up.

After soaking the infield, the burst created a massive sinkhole near the pitcher’s mound.

Grounds crews were able to repair the field in time for the game between the Rangers and the Cleveland Indians.

But, both teams had to cancel their pre-game batting practice.
