10-year-old girl finally gets lung transplant after judge’s order

A sick Pennsylvania girl is getting the lung transplant she so desperately needs.

Ten-year-old Sarah Murnaghan has cystic fibrosis.

There was a Pennsylvania law that made her ineligible for an adult lung transplant because she was under 12.

Last week a judge waived that rule and today a donor was found.

She went in for surgery for a double lung transplant this morning.  On Facebook, Sarah’s mother asked for prayers for the donor who she called “her hero.”

When you are on the roads near to car drivers, be aware of your surroundings; and presuppose that no driver

sees you. For maximum effectiveness, avoid hyped up or promotional language; just offer them further information that will be of

interest to them. If you think of the social media sites, such as Linked – In, Facebook, and Twitter,

as the opportunity for you to create a community of people interested in what you have to offer, you

will see how this can work well with the marketing you already have in place.
