It’s an explosive revelation that is the subject of a new memoir — and plenty of water cooler chat.

A former Navy SEAL who at one time served in the elite Team 6 responsible for capturing Osama bin Laden, has come out as a transgender woman.

Kristin Beck, formerly known as Chris Beck, served 20 years in the military’s most elite unit.

Chris Beck, a former member of the elite U.S. Navy SEALS recently revealed in an explosive new memoir that he was a woman living in a man’s body.

It was after the takedown of bin Laden in 2011 when Beck retired and finally addressed her life-long struggle of being a woman trapped in a man’s body.

According to Beck, the reason behind the shocking admission was to reach out to the younger generation, to encourage them to live life fully — treating everyone with compassion.
