A survivor of a horrifying limo fire in California is speaking out.

One of the women who were able to escape the blaze that killed five of her friends says she had to plead with the limo driver to pull over and that once she did, he did little to help the women trapped inside the car.

However, the driver has said he pulled two women to safety.

Officials now say the limo was carrying one more person than permitted.

It was only cleared to carry eight.

It could be weeks before they learn what sparked the blaze.
