The world is waiting for answers from 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

The surviving Boston bombing suspect remains hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the throat; sources told CNN he is answering brief questions by nodding his head.

Tsarnaev was officially charged Monday with one count of using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death and one count of malicious destruction of property by means of an explosive device resulting in death.

The question remains if the suspect should be read his Miranda Rights.

Tsarnaev has yet to be read his rights under a “public safety exception.”
