Hero jumps to save man from Philadelphia subway tracks

A Philadelphia man owes life to a good samaritan.

He was rescued by a stranger after falling onto the subway tracks. It was all caught on camera.

32-year-old Chris Knafelc jumped into action, explaining he knew there wasn’t a lot of time because the trains run every seven minutes.

“There have been people there for me when I needed somebody,” he said.

It’s unclear why the man walked off the edge of the platform.

The victim is recovering at the hospital.
