He’s refusing to get involved in Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s big soda ban. Bloomberg wanted the governor to extend the city’s size ban to grocery stores, which include 7-eleven.
But Cuomo says the state is not considering it at this time. By the way, 711 is regulated by the state.
The ban, which curbs the size of sodas to no larger than 16 ounces, takes effect on March 12.

its a choice people!!!!! Just lioke drugs!!! People will buy big reusable cups or something if they really want a big drink. Ugh it's an attempt but a feeble one. …Kinda like requiring health insurance when people can't afford ga to get to a doctor in the first place.
