Donald trump is apparently in a suing mood.

He’s threatening to go after the man behind a Macy’s protest that targeted ‘The Donald’ after Trump perpetuated the “racially charged birther conspiracy.”

Angelo Carusone started the “dump trump” online campaign last year and collected more than 683-thousand signatures to oust Trump as Macy’s spokesman.

Now Trump says he feels the campaign was a form of bullying — and is seeking 25-million dollars in damages.

“Rather than simply engage in lawful protest, you have apparently made it your mission to interfere with and intentionally disrupt Mr. Trump’s long-standing and well-established business relationship with Macy’s as well as his contractual dealings with other third parties through mob-like bullying and coercion,” reads a cease-and-desist letter from Trump’s lawyer.
