BRONX, NEW YORK (PIX11)– The family of nine-year-old Freddy Martin is suing the building’s landlord for not properly monitoring the top of the Bronx building  from which he was thrown.

Earlier this month, Martin plunged 50 feet off a Nelson Street building.

He identified a neighbor, 17-year-old Casmine Aska as his attacker before slipping into a coma.

Martin is recovering.

The multi-million dollar suit claims that the owner, Featherbed Holdin LLC, created an “attractive nuisance” for Aska.
