This is news? This is a waste of time to report something like this. If the students are not supposed to have the phones in school then let them leave them at home. They give over their phones to these people who look as if they've just found another way to make some fast money off of these kids and then the kids want to raise a hue and cry when it turns out that these people are irresponsible with their property. As far as I'm concerned, unless the girl had a signed contract with these people stating that they would replace any lost property, she's just out a phone.
