NEW YORK (PIX11) –  Nine-year-old twins Nadia and Sara Waly are living proof that small changes in your kids’ diet can make a big difference in their health.

The twins each lost 20 lbs. on the “Red Light, Green Light, Eat Right” program, which teaches kids how to make healthy choices based on the principles of the traffic light (green light foods are nutritious, yellow light foods are eaten in moderation, and red light foods are occasional treats).

We met the twins along with their pediatrician Dr. Marc Lashley, Valley Stream Pediatrics.
