A New York City cop  is accused of betraying the badge.

Officer Mark Lamb allegedly threatened supervisors — and destroyed property inside the North Central Bronx Hospital.

Lamb’s attorney says  the accusations are false.

The trial  has been held up for 2 years because prosecutors, apparently couldn’t get Lamb’s supervisors to testify.
