Denver’s first marijuana smoking club opened on New Year’s Eve.

The owners say the passing of Colorado’s Amendment 64 makes their club legal.

Police say they are waiting for guidance from the city attorney  to see if this new kind of organization is in violation of any laws.64

Club members will have to bring their own to partake.

Club 64 won’t be selling marijuana, but they may rake it in from their Cheetos and Goldfish concession.
