A new twist to the investigation into the plane crash that killed latin music superstar Jenni Rivera.

The man whose business owns the plane says he has never been involved in drug trafficking despite the fact the DEA has been looking into his affairs for two decades.

DEA officials have seized planes owned by Las Vegas-based Starwood Management including two this year, but no charges have been filed.
