Suspect in Etan Patz murder pleads not guilty in 1979 disappearance
Cops say he confessed in May to killing Etan Patz back in 1979… but today Pedro Hernandez pleaded not guilty to murder.
Defense attorney Harvey Fishbein said Hernandez will maintain he didn`t actually kill Etan.
Instead Fishbein said he will argue Hernandez made a false confession because of mental problems.
Patz disappeared on his way to a school bus stop more than three decades ago
