A restaurant ravaged by Superstorm Sandy has reopened its doors. Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach suffered major damage.

When owner Frank Russo went to see just how much, he found only one bottle of wine not broken.

Tonight, in celebration, they will open that bottle and toast all the work done by the first responders and the community.
