NEW YORK (PIX11)—So called cannibal cop, Gilberto Valle, was back in court to be arraigned this time on the federal charges against him.
Inside, Valle pleaded not guilty to conspiracy To commit kidnapping and not guilty to intentionally and knowingly accessing a computer without authorization and exceeding his authorized access and thereby obtaining information from a department and agency of the United States.

Valle’s father was in court during the arraignment but declined to talk to PIX11 when leaving, only saying he was under a gag order. Valle’s public defender, also refused to comment.

Federal investigators say NYPD cop Gilbert Valle wanted to kidnap, rape, torture, cook and eat women.

The startling allegations against Valle surfaced last month. Federal investigators say the active duty NYPD cop conspired to kidnap, rape, torture, cook and eat women.  Special agents discovered Valle had a list comprised of at least 100 women and he had even used the National Crime Information Center database to dig up the backgrounds of his alleged victims.

Several email and instant message exchanges between Valle and a co-conspirator were also recovered as evidence. In one, Valle discusses one potential victim saying,
“I was thinking of tying her body onto some kind of apparatus. Cook her over low heat and keep her alive as long as possible.”
